    Actually switched to trap bar deadlifts I know it doesn’t hit back as hard but so much less stressful and so much easier to have good form

    Gyms are still closed in SoCal

    On the plus side I'm getting back into running and I've realized how much good dieting amounts to a decent physique. You really don't need to be in the gym 4 days a week to be in good shape.

    With that said I can't wait to get back.

    Considered doing that, if I keep struggling with it I might swap to that for real. I’ve been considering box squatting as well to improve my form and upward motion but gonna wait a bit to see if it keeps being an issue lol

    Ouch yeah dude strained hammy sounds really f***ing bad. Luckily all I have is some mild back soreness and it wasn’t even from DL I think it was from squatting or some s*** and it kind of flared back up cause I was stubborn.
