pretty much for the holidays (late november til beginning of january) and i kinda f***ed around trying to still eat at a deficit when i first started which didn’t work in november so december i was strictly on the break
i haven’t hit as low of a deficit as i was at yet but i was eating at maintenance for the break and rn i only cut back 200-300 calories
pre-diet break i was in the 800/900 range after 6 months of slowly cutting back
