I've heard good things about Vega and Orgain but I don't use protein powder so yeah. Not sure if they're low sugar either haha

nah you'll be fine as long as you aren't loading (stacking your intake the first week). You generally need sugar for creatine to work effectively though

ahh okay. I think you should be safe, but if you do decide to take it, you should drink ALOT of water with it (which you have to anyways
it would be safer to check with your doctor or dietitian first as it could effect people differently, im sure there's more info on some diabetes subreddits as well
here's a solid website I found on taking creatine and having diabetes: diabeticmuscleandfitness.com/creatine-and-diabetes-the-ultimate-guide
idk how reputable it is but they give the correct info on the side effects and correct usage you should be taking

yeah from what I'm reading you'll have to research and experiment more with it yourself, it works for some people and doesn't work for others, not matter what you do be safe 👍

you can have whey, just make sure it's isolate.
highly recommend myprotein. it's very cheap since they always have discounts, and their flavors are pretty damn good. if you want to go vegan, they're also among the best for the price (since a lot of other vegan powders are far too overpriced).

i can have flawless skin but as soon as i start drinking shakes regularly, my skin goes to s***
i go from breaking out a couple times a year to breaking out multiple times a month
it's the acne scars after the initial pimple that's f***ing annoying though
