I started doing all my workouts like 5am to avoid crowds. And its empty 95% of the time now. Just tryna be safe, not willing to neglect these gains but ima do it smart I guess.
Absolutely wrecked my abs with the ab-wheel and olympic rings yesterday.
Didn't even feel like I did a lot but dam when I had to roll out of bed like a turtle I just had to laugh. Feeling good.

Also to ensure I have no zero days. Lifting, PT work, and Yoga/Recovery/Self-Massage are all separate habits in my tracker. Doing one every day is the goal. Doing two or more every day is going above and beyond.

Love the attitude just make sure you are kind to yourself when you do slip up. At the end of the day we're animals not machines. Rest days and sleep are when our body rebuilds our muscles.

Speaking of rest days, I've been training 4 days on this year and I've noticed way more gains! Last year I trained 6 days a week, and I nailed the training but couldn't keep up with recovery and diet. Results ended up subpar. Lesson learned = the best program is the one you can stick to, rest days included.

Chiming in, I bopped some flat loop style bands from some brand called Wenfeng early last year off Amazon. They werent that expensive no more than 50 USD and they've lasted all year. And they are strong as s***. From what I read the loop style flat bands are way more useful than the ones with handles.

Yea came with an anchor, looks like these mfers come with an anchor plus handles. I'd be nervous using the handles tho, bet the biners are cheap af.
