Bad genetics is never an excuse not to improve my physical condition but man I got a long way to go before I’ll feel satisfied with my physique

what your bod look like fam

Skinny frame with a beefy body. I don’t know how to word it, but it’s difficult to add any muscle definition. Especially in my arms and chest

To give you an idea. I’m 195ish pre bulk at 6’2 and still skinny as s***

Did you lift consistently 5-6 a week with a solid diet?

I’ve been generally eating p well and hitting my macros most of the time since June when gyms opened back up. Really attempting to build some size this winter with my first bulk, and it’s going well so far, but it’s a struggle to add visible muscle

Been lifting seriously for two years and still don't look I lift love my oversized fits for fashion too much. Muscles never pop unless I wear tight shirts which just feel uncomfortable

my first year i ran a 5x5 program and was training 3-4 times a week. like i said, my main issue was i wasn't eating enough - when i first started lifting in early 2016 i weighed 65kg i'm currently at 72kg right now. but tbh i lowkey look bigger than i weigh prolly cause i been goin crazy on the lateral raises

tight sleeves, tight chest, loose waist shirts >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

    go for those

shirts that fit tightly in the belly are the absolute worst and ruin the whole look

    Any brands you recommend

  • Gonna start bulking again since I got my sqaut rack at home now. 100lb squats feel heavy to me since it's really been a 8 months since I've seen the gym

I buy them oversized them and tailor them for dirtcheap

but two shirts I owned I didn't have to tailor them cause they fit exactly like that:

goated look for fit people tbh

shirts that are tight everywhere are horrible looking besides being uncomfortable

Been climbing a lot almost every weekend for a couple months now. Absolutely goated workout especially if you have a longer or steeper hike in. Carrying that heavy pack with your rope, gear, food, and water in and then climbing for hours and carrying it all back out is a wild full body workout. Legs sore as hell as well as my shoulders, back and core.

Just gotta focus on hitting those pushing muscles at home since climbing is basically all pull lol.

Plus climbing outside is just so nice for the soul and and it's never closed

I’m sure this has been asked a billion times but I’m new to this thread/part of KTT 😓

Is there a thread or good place I can go to find a workout schedule while stuck at home?

My town hasn’t opened gyms since March and I feel so unhealthy

I currently have a pull up bar, resistance band, jump rope, 2 thirty lb dumbbells, an exercise ball and an adjustable bench so hopefully I can mix all this s*** together and make something work 😪 it’s hard to get back into it fam, I feel so out of it

man check out athlean x to on youtube better videos also get more weights id get adjustable weights to 55 pounds they will cost you there like 250 each that is what i paid also im like you doing it from home it will take you a while to workout like 2 hours at least depending on what your doing plus you have everything your set

felt like I was plateauing with my adjustable dumbbells and cheap little bench

copped a 300lb weight set and a power cage. no more plateaus lmao.
