    Btw off-topic, but I've been struggling so hard to even reach 2600 calories for the day, when I'm supposed to consume around 3400. Plus more than half of that comes from carbs, tf am I supposed to eat if I can't consume too much carbs or protein

    My sprints are damn near lethal. Lightheaded by the end

    Lmao it’s always been that way but I’ve been always busy with school and work that I was able to control it.

    But now I’m out of a job and finished with school and this s*** drives me crazy sometimes lol.

    Tried to go back to the gym today since they opened last week. Massive line of people outside waiting to get in. Left after 10 minutes. The restrictions make a membership basically pointless. Over this s***

    What’s a good cardio that’s not so taxing on your knees?

    I’m tryna not f*** up my squat/dl but everytime I do treadmill or step machine my knee starts getting cranky 😭
