    OHP deadass the hardest lift for me to get better at. I heard it's the lift that separates the real from the fake. Everybody stalls and plateaus that s***.

    i’m lowering them for sure king good looking out i fw that split tho

    i’m doing some slight weight loss but mostly body recomp, turning quarantine fat into muscle and trying to slightly cut down

    lost 2% of bf and gained 1% muscle since starting

    I don't wanna lecture, but the general rule is 3-6 for Strength with high intensity and low frequency (so heavy weight, full exertion per rep, long breaks) and 8-12 with high frequency and high volume (or AMRAP) for hypertrophy.

    So you'll be getting bigger and stronger either way but one emphasizes muscle growth (hypertrophy) and the other strength.

    So when you say Heavy squat 4x20 I was like oh nah. Even 4x8 is cutting it.

    thanks for the free game i didn’t know that split is from bodybuilding.com i think. was gonna lower the squats to 4x12 and focus on correct form over weight tbh

    ay brodie for abs add some dead bugs in there too, maybe do it as a finisher for a minute or so after the crunches

    would also recommend some plank dips to hit those OBLIQUES ya feel me
