    OHP deadass the hardest lift for me to get better at. I heard it's the lift that separates the real from the fake. Everybody stalls and plateaus that s***.

    Using resistance bands to get the reps up helps. I started doing like 3x6 with bands and now I can almost do 3x10 with no bands
