    How do y‘all end a diet sucessfully?

    Slowly add more calories back in. 100-150 more a week. Idk if that answers your question?

    On my last acid trip I went to some natural hot springs in the jemez mountains in northern new mexico. I've been there before and it's lovely. So I camped out and woke up at 5:15am, had breakfast, and then hiked the mile or so to the springs.

    Dropped around 6:15 and it was amazing. So tranquil with the place to myself for much of the morning. Anyway around 10am this group of guys rolls up and one of them was this absolutely yoked out black guy from London. Apparently he's an actor/stuntman and is now kind of stuck in limbo in America did to covid.

    Crazy thing is he's a vegan like me. I found out when he ate a apple with peanut butter saying "this is what real men eat" before chucking the core into the woods shouting "back to where you came from". I asked him and he says yes hasn't eaten any animals in a decade just plants, no supplements or anything.

    Anyway my point is the dude made me feel ashamed to call myself vegan too. He was f***ing ripped, like chiseled god defined. Mans busted out 10 perfect handstand push-ups like nothing at one point too.

    So point being imma start working out again and try and be more like the jacked guy from London I saw in the New Mexico wilderness.

    Never understood why so many bodybuilders are racist af. Probably just from growing up stupid, if you read those dudes workout plans you realize most of em can barely put a sentence together with the right verb tense

    My jeans and pants feeling tighter along with my shirts falling better on me. This serious take on bulking working along with my home workout plan. Might have to cancel the gym membership for now cause I've gotten sick twice from the gym and I refuse to get covid the same way

    That’s what I’ve been doing since they closed the gyms but even now that they’re open again I think I’m gonna stick to my routine. I’ve been trying to cut weight for summer anyway

    My asthma flared up about 3 months ago and I couldnt jog a mile without using my inhaler. 3 months later I can run 2.5-3 miles with ease. Shirt always ends up soaking wet but that runners high

    Usually just run 3 miles, 4-5 times a week. And right after do 5 sets x20 pushups, dips, pull-ups (right now I can only do 3 or 4 pull-ups but I’ll get up there), and occasionally and ab circuit

    Also doing a slightly varied form of intermittent fasting
    I eat two meals a day and at around 8pm, instead of those late meals that made me gain 20lbs in like a month, I replace It with a protein shake

    since my gym stopped i have been doing lighter in weights and doing cardio on my broken bike i need to run more though

    all you really need is a place to do pullups and rows and you're gucci

    No not the virus. I meant I caught some wild bugs before after going to the gym like twice in my life. No matter how careful I am with cleaning everything around me, it's still easy to catch something in something as wet as the gym

    Walmart for one of those cheap doorway ones. It'll mess up the framing a bit though
