Nah basically no one in mask or gloves. I think limit is one hour technically but not even close to enforced

you gotta strengthen your gluts and hamstrings do you squat or dead lift also stretch before and after it helps and when you stretch have been told you gotta hold it for 30 secs but i do it to around 20
Exercise is good for stress, but I can't focusing on working out when I'm too stressed. Just going to take it slow today, I guess.
