I want to lose weight ( about 10 kg ) but i want to gain muscles or at least retain the ones i have right now. I’ve heard it’s really hard but here’s the deal tho i don’t have much to begin with. Since i dont have much muscles rn does that mean shedding fat and just lifting small weights will help and make me skinnier and stronger? Or dnt it matter how much muscles u got

I’d say you should be fine if you just want a leaner appearance. Otherwise if you desire enhanced strength, you need to lift heavier.

While going down in weight too though, i could try lifting heavier as well but i feel like it would be a waste cause ive heard building muscle while losing weight is almost impossible.
