I drink while I hoop sometimes it’s very fun . When it’s hot and I do it it usually ends w me puking and falling asleep for 4 hours

tbh imo id eat fruit mangos grapes cherries peaches watermelon peaches all have great workout benefits to eating even blackberries or blue berries

so I eat in the morning workout go to work have a 60 grams of protein 30 per scoop with water in it then about 2 hrs ill have a black coffee keeps me kinda going without eating until dinner

i got too drunk so i had to call a cab home lmao
i might try again today after maybe 2 drinks
so I eat in the morning workout go to work have a 60 grams of protein 30 per scoop with water in it then about 2 hrs ill have a black coffee keeps me kinda going without eating until dinner

for me its lunch and dinner only 😎
i only like water and coffee in the morning (then again i workout around 6pm)

in college i had access to the gym 24/7 and a few times after parting my friends and i would go to the gym at like 2am and put up crazy numbers

I been drinking alcohol though, so it means nothing but flabby status for me

if you go out dont drink beer if you do drink vodka water together or just straight water or club soda if anyone asks just say its a vodka sprite
I always have this slight feeling of apprehension before leg day at the gym. This feeling where I’m just like “god I do not want to go do this.”
But as soon as I get to my working sets in I have the most intense feeling of euphoria as soon as I finish the lift. It’s so f***ing good.
That’s why for me the best gym is the closest gym. The shorter the distance the less resistance I have for just getting in there and getting under that bar
