I always have this slight feeling of apprehension before leg day at the gym. This feeling where I’m just like “god I do not want to go do this.”
But as soon as I get to my working sets in I have the most intense feeling of euphoria as soon as I finish the lift. It’s so f***ing good.
That’s why for me the best gym is the closest gym. The shorter the distance the less resistance I have for just getting in there and getting under that bar
that is me every Monday when i do leg day especially when its a heavy lift leg day Sunday i dread it then Monday when i do it its nothing better then that feeling there is a guy at my gym who saids who got to be mentality locked in to do legs on Monday and he is right

try using the one you would use for biceps not the curved ones the straight ones i do about 110 lb 3x8
any of y'all hit the gym after drinking?
i'm 6 beers deep and gonna head home cook up some brown rice and chicken and hit the weights
In college I had a good garage gym and would drink while working out. I was also a raging alcoholic. It’s terrible for your gains I would not recommend
being way too high doesnt work for me. being slightly, moderate high is kinda elite tho
Taking a gummy a bit before the gym where the high starts to hit as your lifting high does is the best

i was talking to my cousin about hitting a body bag when you are upset gets your frustration and energy out in a healthy way

Sorry for the late reply, and you'll have to forgive me but ill use the metric system.
I cant seem to go past 50kg in military. I can do a full set of barbell bench press at like 92/95kg, ~26/28kg military dumbbell, 18kg curls, without going into the leg exercises.
Its not like im doing too much in other exercises, but still i find it puzzling, i mainly see this problem in myself
