went too hard now my entire left arm and left part of the back hurt like crazy

No, peptides don’t increase test or help with muscle growth directly. Some can aid in things like recovery, repair, anti aging, and various other things. Reta is like ozempic, but better. Ozempic only targets the GLP-1 hormone receptor while Retatrutide targets 3 different receptors.
so your trying to lose weight using a syringed based method? is that what your saying? if so dont take things like that as a diabetic type 1 the side effects of taking those kinds of things if its used for that are bad trust me some side effects could be dizziness tired nauseas cold sweats again if its like ozempic
Retatrutide. It’s a peptide
ya i just looked it up weren't you telling me in the pwt you were diabetic? if it was you didn't you say you were type 1
I started getting back into my regular workout routines this past semester and have made some great progress. Hitting levels I’ve never hit before. My only problem is the body fat in my core
I’ve only incorporated sit-ups but does anyone else have other exercises that delivered? Maybe some guide to focus on core

aye man, lemme give you EXACTLY how I got my 4-6 pack the first time
do these back to back
hanging knee raises, front x 10 (goal is to increase reps)
hanging knee raises, side to side x 5 (goal is to increase reps)
then do these for 3 sets
20 leg raises
15 lying leg cross overs
12 seconds flutter kicks
10 bicycle crunches
then
Plank x 3 for as long as possible, anything over a minute is money
this should only take like 15-20 minutes tops. do it at the end of your workout, every time or every other time. trusssss me
then just give it time. you will lose fat from your stomach last, so just keep doing the exercises then one day the muscle you’re building will show. you can just copy and paste the names I said into YouTube and see how to do them

What made you want to get on test?
I just love the gym and lifting weights, so for the same reasons anyone else does. The idea of taking something that could push your limits is appealing, but like I said earlier I’m probably going to wait longer before making that leap.
And @Rampage_Adam no I’m not diabetic, that must’ve been someone else. So far Reta has been good, I’ll stop if I get side effects tho
Thoughts on intermittent fasting?
helped me a lot with better sleep and maintaining a deficit

i know people who run during sickness and that is wild to me
related to running as well i know people who kept that 30k weekly for years without a single miss. i truly dont understand what in the f*** is happening in these peoples lives. dont they got job or kids or vacations?
I need to get back to working out
My problem is i feel i gain fat when weight lifting. My biceps blow up but my waist and stomach do too. Maybe my diet is ass.
I only seen progress sticking to a hardcore cardio + protein diet routine. Never tried it seriously with weight lifting.
