I need to get back to working out
My problem is i feel i gain fat when weight lifting. My biceps blow up but my waist and stomach do too. Maybe my diet is ass.
I only seen progress sticking to a hardcore cardio + protein diet routine. Never tried it seriously with weight lifting.

stay away from fast foods pops alcohol eat more home meals if this helps

Last 6 months been in the gym 5x a week (Just cut it to 3 but all full body).
Now I wanna see what I look like at 170.
Just finished a two and a half hour session, all upper body.

I'm currently hitting 70 on EZ/straight bar (3x10) and 45 on dumbbells (3x20)
It's lowkey overkill but damn it's feels so good

I spent a year lifting hard and now back on the cardio grind. Really happy seeing the muscle gains after leaning down

And i had a app where i logged everything i ate to make sure every meal was macro friendly. Tracked all mycarbs heavy. And was doing consistent 5 mi walks.
But this was also in the summer so it was easier. Much harder in the winter to work out
