    circus dumbbell press

    The loghas a neutral grip, and it shifted your weight forward a ton.
    extremely heavy use of stabilizers and works more of the upper chest/tricep than regular barbell press. Same weight on the barbell press feels heavier with this one. But since youre using neutral grip, it feels more comfortable on the shoulders

    Also I know these 3 examples in the vids were from some Brutes, obv im not lifting anything near what they are, lol. But still doing these same movements. im only a few months into all of these tho, so im still trying to find my footing with them if that makes sense.

    also the stone lift uses alot of the stabilizers too, since the lift is basically a deadlift + squat + partial upright row in the sense. But it forces you to squat ALL the way down low in order to brace the stone.
    Because these are all hella complex, i rarely do any isolation exercises anymore other than rear delt/calf s***. but thats just because rear delt is always important.

    I still do pullups n s*** btw but i integrated a s*** ton of strongman exercises towards my lifts now

    We got all that strongman s*** at the gym it’s pretty cool. I do a circuit day with the weight wheel barrows, sleds, yoke machine, etc.

    Might fit some of these other exercises into one of my training days to spice it up. They got it all here

    changed some s*** and it takes a bit longer in the gym and more s*** added but its helped me on my lifts

    I decided to wait a little longer before making the potential lifelong commitment to getting on test. I got labs and my results were 520, which is not high but not medically low either.
    I did however start taking Reta 2 weeks ago, and so far its been a game changer. Appetite suppression began first day, energy boost, and it’s resolved some digestive issues I’ve been having. The only negative side effects I’ve experienced is trouble sleeping. I’m hoping it will go away once my body adjusts to it.

    No, peptides don’t increase test or help with muscle growth directly. Some can aid in things like recovery, repair, anti aging, and various other things. Reta is like ozempic, but better. Ozempic only targets the GLP-1 hormone receptor while Retatrutide targets 3 different receptors.

    now you can drop down to 185 and do pause sets for the same work with less weight welcome to the big leagues. s*** just gets more fun once you get stronger
