so i did my ultra sound on my knee called my dr up he said they found nothing no tear etc but it still kinda bothers i am guessing it could be just a little something it is getting better though

Got a 5k charity run tmr, will see how well i do there.
Hopefully get to around 25-28 mins in the coming months.

You gotta up the weight if you were deadlifting 3 plates. Your muscle recovers previous growth fast

Level 2 cardio allows you to run more often and increases your work capacity, you just need to go for an hour plus in sessions to really benefit.

I used to be a conventional lifter but Iβve switched to strictly kettlebell lifts and circuits and itβs been a welcoming challenge. I still hit the four core lifts (bench, squat, deadlift, OHP) but otherwise kettlebells give you a lot of flexibility in what you want to do

had my charity run today. Managed to get around 28 mins. Got tired 3/4 in and took a 1 min break
