There was this buff guy that helped me find a single arm handle for the row machine, back when I first started, he became the guy that I’d say sup to at the gym and eventually he tried getting my number
I said I don’t really share my contact info like that and he got defensive and said “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to bother you, I’ll leave you alone now”

when you guys do DL do you put a 45 plate under so its a bit lifted from the ground ?
I don’t use plates but I have blocks I use to elevate the starting point.

the rubber ones slide off for me since the LA fitness i go to does not have a proper way to deadlift i only started putting 45s underneath when i DL because i felt something pull on my rightside/knee i am going to get a ultrasound this week and see if something is wrong with it but i think imo my leg/knee is overstrained and worked and needs rest or some time to recover
