    I posted a gym pic of me after 3 months of work, and I have gotten so much love from it. Taking the summer off basically and just working out has been one of the best things I’ve done in my life

    it ain't feel like that to me but i'm blind to that s*** so maybe

    There was this buff guy that helped me find a single arm handle for the row machine, back when I first started, he became the guy that I’d say sup to at the gym and eventually he tried getting my number I said I don’t really share my contact info like that and he got defensive and said “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to bother you, I’ll leave you alone now” : he kept giving me pouty faces from a distance and eventually told me he was changing gyms

    when you guys do DL do you put a 45 plate under so its a bit lifted from the ground ?

    I don’t use plates but I have blocks I use to elevate the starting point.

    I’ve also deadlifted while standing on plates

    I don’t use plates but I have blocks I use to elevate the starting point.

    I’ve also deadlifted while standing on plates

    the rubber ones slide off for me since the LA fitness i go to does not have a proper way to deadlift i only started putting 45s underneath when i DL because i felt something pull on my rightside/knee i am going to get a ultrasound this week and see if something is wrong with it but i think imo my leg/knee is overstrained and worked and needs rest or some time to recover

    when you guys do hanging leg raises for abs how many sets do you do ?i usually do 4x10 is that to much ? i ask because i think i may have strained the right side of my groin muscle i have the worst luck

    hey buy all means the best way to approach a girl in the gym is just see if she is dong a exercise right, on thursday i was doing triceps wit the rope i seen this girl beside me doing face pulls but wrong so i kindly asked what she was doing she did say she was doing them she was spanish so idk if she fully understood me but i was explaining to her how to do them proper so i was showing her but also paying attention to her reaction when i was talking to her she seemed ok with me explaining it did not seem stuck up about it i was then going to introduce myself but i was like ''her bf maybe around and i was right she was cute her bf came up to her like 10 mins later maybe he seen me talk to her point is dont be scared to talk to girls at the gym or approach them
