You could but personally I don’t. The form can be deceptively tricky at first, when I first started doing them I was feeling them more in my rear delts and a little bit in my rhomboids. It wasn’t until I lowered the weight and limited my movement did I really feel it how I was supposed to. I use it more as a closer for my pull days so I’m more focused on RPE than general weight tbh.

it was cool that bro showed love but it was so random and that's like only the 2nd person to ever talk to me at my gym
didn't even feel like i was fitted tbh
