    You could but personally I don’t. The form can be deceptively tricky at first, when I first started doing them I was feeling them more in my rear delts and a little bit in my rhomboids. It wasn’t until I lowered the weight and limited my movement did I really feel it how I was supposed to. I use it more as a closer for my pull days so I’m more focused on RPE than general weight tbh.

    funny how as time goes on you realize gains and everything that has to do with good fitness is primarily good sleep, good diet, and stress management. gym and activity is just making sure theres always toothpaste in the tube so to say

    Ong I'm way less frustrated and stressed out just doing strong lifts and like ten minutes of cardio

    dude came up to me between sets tonight and was like "i was gonna say, i like your fit" and i go "ah, thanks man" and he says "yeah, the all black is nice, i like it" and i said "i appreciate it dawg" and then we both went back to what we were doing it was cool that bro showed love but it was so random and that's like only the 2nd person to ever talk to me at my gym didn't even feel like i was fitted tbh

    when you guys do DL do you put a 45 plate under so its a bit lifted from the ground ?
