gyms are good here, my gym doesnt got any entry restrictions cause it dont really fit over 100 people. Just gotta be hygenic and mindful of others really.
Rest of the mainstream gyms got strict guidelines tho

Alphalete gym really charging members $7 PER WORKOUT and you gotta schedule each workout in advanced and you only have a 1 hour session

Carbs get blamed for fat bc excess carbs are converted to fat but they are also your muscles source of energy and the only healthy energy source for your brain. Also responsible for a good post workout pump. A lot of people would have much better physiques if they took carb programming as serious as protein

Just knowing how much to have for good energy levels without having to add extra fat. If you do it right you shouldnt really ever have more carbs than your body needs for energy and thus the carb molecules won't be converted to fats. It's not a myth that low carb can result in lower body fat but it's not particularly healthy and ignores a lot of science about overall health and body function
In the name of easy (and hard to sustain, eventually your body will say f*** you and Beg for carbs) weight loss
