It works if you can resist the cravings, but so does any diet too. If u wanna eat carbs then just do fasting

Those of you who’s gyms have opened back up are they busy or empty?
So far first couple days I’ve noticed a lot less females there now 
Mostly just the dedicated bros you saw working out consistently before the pandemic. Overall I’d say 60% capacity as of now
Summer tho I believe gyms will be OD crowded once we open back up near 100%. Enjoy the empty streets and gyms now

Don't be scared. Just make sure to wipe down machines and weights before and after use and obviously wash your hands after you get done. Should be fine
yall know how i can prevent/stop stomach cramps?
i have the cardio/willingness to go on for mad long but my training sessions always get cut off by stupid ass cramps
For cardio been using a weighted jump rope and my god it’s whoopin my ass

Why is everyone excited for the gym opening for phase 3?
They are only allowing 1 on 1 training which means you have to pay for that. Only out door activities with 10 people are allowed (whatever the f*** that means) so we still can’t be in the gym working out unless we pay for the one on one session
Also some gyms allow ten people to workout but you need to book your timings in advance
and you only get one hr
Gonna buy a bench and a 50kg weight set (with 6ft bar and two dumbbells)
Think that should be enough to get me started working out from home

All gyms “open” with very limited access June 1st in every state.
Is weight gainer worth it? I found out I’m not eating enough calories to bulk
i haven’t personally tried it but it worked great for my friend, he got big af but his face got swole too.
