Burpees and squats and lots lunges. Also I’m gonna walk on the treadmill too for an hr in a high incline

since quarantine started mid march and my access to gym and weight stuff has been limited/non existant, ive been shedding 20,000 calories a month purely by walking, on top of a diet and ive been dropping mad fat on top of the muscle

It can depending on your current percentage and genetics. If you are like 20% going down to 10% you are gonna see some changes but if you got a weak jawline, you still have a weak jaw but it’s gonna be more exposed in a good way

There will be less fat between your bones and skin. Takes relatively significant progress to see a difference tho
benn doing like 5x with weights but light a bit and cardio in between days i have a home bike so i do like 10-20 mins as well
