    Lateral Bear Crawl - 3x5yards (each side)
    Rebound Box Jumps - 3x10

    Strength

    RFE Split Squat - 4x6
    BB Good Morning - 4x8
    Weighted Hollow Holds - 4x25 seconds

    Core and Conditioning

    3 ROUNDS

    2 min AMRAP

    • 8 calorie Bike
    • 15 Sit Ups

    30 second rest

    2 Min Complete For Time (50 Pound DB)

    • 10 Goblet Squats
    • 10 Burpee Over The DB
    • 10 Reverse Lunges
    • 10 1-Arm DB Snatches

    transitioned to shorter reps at the start of the year but with more consistency (4 times a week) and ive never felt healthier

    1 15 is crazy maybe i should step my s*** up. i hit one hour at the top of my meso but until then its 40-50 mins

    only speak when spoken too, and I try to keep it short lol unless it’s an old lady, she can have all my time

    That’s crazy but if it works for you that’s sweet. My rest time is probably not too crazy which is why I don’t take too long. And yeah no chatter no waiting no bullshit

    the max I’ll rest is 2 minutes. try to just keep pushing heavy rest of the time. i don’t try to do cardio type lifting like too many supersets and s***

    i do about 2;30 15 mins before after to stretch 2 hours to about 1;30 workout sometimes i will throw in cardio to but ya i rest about 2 mins maybe 3 max depending on the lifts
