Yeah I decreased weights since last week gotta plan a doc visit it’s been bothering me before
Deadlift movement felt a little odd since it’s been so long. Ramped up to 405 triples didn’t go too crazy. Was almost apprehensive after my carpal tunnel surgery but didn’t have any issue with my grip. The lifts all surprised me a bit though he they’d be heavier when I was ramping up. Just a bit odd.

something i never contemplated asking...is there a certain amount of protein you should eat every some odd hours? Am i wasting food by having a 70g protein meal in one sitting? (chicken breast n s***)

There used to be bad information that was commonly believed and circulated that your body only used a certain amount of protein at a time, but it was based on bad science and further research has refuted that.
But basically, no it doesn’t matter.
Got back to my 4 lifting sessions last week. Going to try and get my 4 lifting sessions with my GPP day in this week. Next week 4 lifting sessions, gpp day, and start my saturday morning runs back.
