    feel like at this mark, i get more mad if I don’t make myself even squeeze in a 15-20 minute workout even if I’m running late to the gym…like that’s deadass all that will be on my mind until the next lift is how much I failed

    Trying to begin eating better.
    Cut back on how much I eat and it felt great, but then I sleepy terribly for 3 night(4hours) so I felt back again into lesser eating.

    Tomorrow I will get back on track

    did idk what you call them instead of using the machine for calfs i did it with a dumb bell and pulled myself up with a handle stilt w.e its called that s*** wrecked me today

    maybe over lifting to much to hard do you take magnesium or any b vitamins ? or maybe you might need more electrolytes while pushing
