    tbh creatine its self is not really needed IMO its just extra water weight on you

    your muscles are essentially water and protein so while technically true this also means more muscle weight on you as opposed to bodyfat weight

    But creatine actually works. Creatine and fish oils are like the two best supported supplements

    Not necessarily.

    If someone went on creatine they’d gain water weight and when they went off the water weight would go away too, but the increased muscle mass you gained while on creatine will still be there. Will it be a significant amount? Results vary.

    Personally I’ve always felt creatine gave me more energy to finish all my sets in the gym so there’s benefits outside of aesthetics

    true but i have never needed creatine to hit goals or workout everything iv done was eat naturally lots of protein lift hard

    ok so i took creatine once before i gained a lot of water weight quick and i did not feel sore after working out now mind you,you guys will call me stupid but i take eaa/bcaa while working out and that stuff helps me get through lifts
