    it's the most boring thing in the world for me, but i didn't I would be a 1/10 instead of a 3.5

    no that’s fine, you’ll also have more energy so you’ll be better at talking to women/people in general

    i like using this bar for traps not DL did 4 plate 25 today 3 reps i WANTED TO HIT 430 FOR PR but i could not do it i think it was because i did 4 plates to start for 6 reps then i did 4 plate 10 for 5 reps if i did not add that extra 10 pounds and went right to 4/25 then i know i could of hit a new PR Today

    HOW MANY plates was he doing at the 44:07mark looks like 4 plus the metal plates are brutal i used them before at a old gym

    yea those always feel twice as heavy. rubber weights just feel easier and machines lie about the weight you pull so that makes it worse.

    i was doing these hip thrusts and pulled a muscle in my butt so hard (pause) that i couldnt stand straight for like 10 minutes all this time thinking bout tom cruise fighting murderous oceanic pressure in his undies and me not being able to do one funny move without hurting meself
