    Hack squats are great and your blessed to have one at your gym as they’re not super common

    I use it for accessory quad work on deadlift days

    thats crazy i had hack squats in p much every gym i went to even some rinky dink tiny ones. maybe its because im not doing much leg work in the last few months that im having a hard time with squats. all that is now secondary to shoulders and arms

    at 5am to start the day finishing legs in the evening. liking the new routine, doing my heavy “main” s*** in the morning before work then finishing at night. body recovering well, muscles still growing and strength still gaining

    i gotta lose some weight man what’s good at home work outs i can do ?

    obviously im gonna do some walking/running since i live around a college so its not bad walking

    i need a good diet thats not gonna make me want to die like i tried last yesr which was rice and chicken

    i need a good diet thats not gonna make me want to die like i tried last yesr which was rice and chicken

    Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, planks, buy you a jump rope (mad cheap) and go off in the park for some cardio.

    Weight loss unfortunately is like 35% work outs and like 65% diet. As it’s based on calories deficit. Lose more cals than what you take in.

    You “can’t outrun a bad diet” but also you cant sustain a “fad diet” either which you was tryna do with chicken and rice.

    The thing is we be f***ing up with these keto/all meat/all vegetable/etc diets that just make us miserable and we never sustain.

    All dieting really is is just learning your portions. Also diversifying what you eat/finding substitutes that you actually enjoy eating that give you less calories (e.g. as a lifelong vegan, I LOVE pasta/rice. Too much Starch still aint the healthiest tho. Luckily 3 years ago found a pasta substitute that I love that has less calories and still leaves me full and not miserable.)

    for losing weight at home watch what you eat burn more carbs then you eat, do lots of walking biking is good running too for diet spice it up use turmeric ginger cayon peppers buy some grounded black pepper with salt to mix in your foods eat more fruits veggies it would be easier for you because your not a T1 diabetic like me

    !!!!!! Especially with that water. That s*** gets me through my 24-36 hr fasting days.

    @Scatt_GSR but only drink that much water (gallon) when you by a bathroom cause your bladder becomes a fire hydrant

    it’s still my workout routine. I just realized now that I’ve gotten way stronger than ever, I spend like 30-45 minutes heavy compound lifting so I moved the rest of my lift to the evening for whatever I don’t finish in the morning cause I’m limited on time but if I don’t lift in the morning I just feel like a bum lmfaooo
