    it's the most boring thing in the world for me, but i didn't I would be a 1/10 instead of a 3.5

    It’s good drive to start but more you do it, the more you realize how all that s*** feels meaningless to try and work on your body to court a woman you wouldn’t have otherwise

    It will help you get slightly more attractive if you were really out of shape

    But most women dont like super buff guys so if that is your goal id focus on keeping your body fat low while adding muscle (but not at the expense of your body fat).

    The gym made me realize that i was always kind of attractive and id find ways to feel s***ty about myself no matter my size. So that made me realize that i might be way more outwardly attractive than i thought but didn’t capitalize on it bc of lower self esteem. So it was a net positive

    Also the vanity and vapidness that comes with being deep into the gym lifestyle is a big turnoff for most interesting women

    I think that’s why a majority of people lift whether or not they’ll admit it

    So I wouldn’t say it’s wrong but I might say it’s unhealthy. But lifting itself is healthy so it balances out

    Heavy on the first sentence tho
    The online gym community will virtue signal and lie to themselves till their last breath tho

    do you eat a lot of ginger or tumeric? if not start adding this to your food you will get less sick all year round helps with flammation and anti flammation stuff has vitamin c 'turmeric
