but you have to be aware of what physique they actually find attractive which can be another thing altogether lol

Getting in shape wont give yourself the self respect you need first to be universally attractive. Realize your at least a 5/10 to start unless your a demonic piece of s\*\*\*

I think that’s why a majority of people lift whether or not they’ll admit it
So I wouldn’t say it’s wrong but I might say it’s unhealthy. But lifting itself is healthy so it balances out
today ohp was kinda of a challenge and ppl are saying i lost weight i still eat the same i am doing a bit more incline cardio but i can still lift the same to i believe i leaned out a lot more
