    aight bro drop the routine

    3 days upper / 2 lower

    compound lifts every session (bench, ohp, pull ups, rows, squats - almost always in the 3-6 rep range)

    supported by accessories which I alternate (for upper I do chest/tris and back/shoulders/bis)

    there's too much volume but I enjoy it

    i have a torn labrum in my shoulder which is quite limiting and has essentially transferred development of my chest to triceps

    Think thats just genetics for me, even 10-15 pounds heavier i still have that vein showin. All the fat in my body goes to my belly fr

    Arm day for me is just tricep pushdowns and 1 hand pushdowns, and preacher curls and dumbbell curls + shoulders

    The cut is WORKING
    Maybe i should stop trying to get as big as possible (natty with a mediocre diet) and focus on being lean
    I have a fast metabolism so i just need to eat half way decent to get a nice lean body

    hahaha trust me it took a long time! but I’ve been cutting since October and my body the last 3 months finally started to burn all that fat away as my workouts got more intense

    but now it’s time to add cardio and get over that last hill, just wanted to maintain as much muscle before I start
