have you tried rolling your ankle around with your foot on its heel and see how that feels? like without the board pressure behind your foot to see if that feeling is still there

like how ? sometimes when i over over train my bicep does not hurt but it gets so worked on that i can not even lift and its always tensing up in like a locked position

Think I overworked it lifting too heavy and prob bad form most likely. Feels very tender and hurts when using pressure. Probably have to take a week off now

try those creams that are like for joint pains it may help or try hot colds 30 seconds each finish with cold at least maybe 3xx each
