max weight i have is 55 kg. getting away with doing most things granted its high volume/intensity. have to manually clean and press weight over my head to squat tho

Guessing you’re tryna lose weight if you’re biking in which case only keep track of calories and protein. 300-500 calories below maintenance and 0.8-1g protein per lb. Don’t need to track carbs or fat just be mindful to keep them low. I wouldn’t worry much about the ectomorph endomorph stuff. I don’t think it matters until you’re at the stage where you’re really struggling to get gains and you’re a well experienced lifter then you have to be really specific with your diet and routine to maximise progress

Just go on a caloric deficit. Endomorph and Exomorph is pseudoscience
