    Got a cheap one from Ebay years ago to put at my door, probably selling the same ones on Amazon. No need to spend extra dough on it

    If you are not brock lesnar tier built their is no way, no way you can do isolation workouts with a set of 50 pound dumbbells. That s*** is too heavy. Even people like brock lesnar use lighter weights

    The fact that you have to question me tells me you don’t workout. Not even throwing shade at you; a lot of non working out folks think “the heavier the weights, the better the results”

    I’m not gonna argue with you. Been lifting for 10 years.

    So if you’re not working out every day, you’re not doing yourself a favor. The quality of life decreases when you stop working out. And stop looking for silver bullets to feel better. I know, it’s not advice most of us like to hear. Exercising is hard. But that’s the whole point!

    The easiest solution for a good life is right at your disposal: Your body.

  • does anyone know what might be the reason behind stretching making my body even tighter? I'm careful in regards to overtraining and overstraining, and recently I've noticed that my whole body cracks/pops when moving, especially hips.

    bored as f*** trying to make things work with this tricep bar, just resorted to pull ups at the park, push ups and dips. at least then i can get a bit of a walk in too

    Finally able to play ball

    Hit 10,000 steps and burned 4,000 calories according to my fitbit on playing basketball for two hours I feel so damn good today can't wait to go at it again tonight
