I've been doing intermediate fasting since stay at home. I eat in a 6 hour block for every day. Once you get past the first days its easy to adjust. It defiantly helps keep fat off and I have not noticed significant muscle atrophy.
Would recommend.

So I used this weak ass calculator online that asked for weight, height, and waist size
My waist is currently 28 and the body fat calculator calculated my bfp at 7.8% but I think it’s higher like maybe a 9 which I’m happy about

im using 35s for now with chest tri's biceps back i also have a bench to but to do upper and lower chest is hard

Like in the morning when I wake up (I sleep at 3 am) eat dinner at 9pm and wake at 11 am (cause of lock down) I can see my first 4 set of abs so I know it’s at least under 10%

If you weigh yourself at the same time everyday and average it week over week you'll have a good idea where your weight stands.
If your focus is to loose more fat, increase your testosterone and lower your estrogen and cortisol
