Bought a pair 50 lbs from amazon cost around 245 with express i checked everywhere canadian tire wal mart even fitness places that sell weights and nothing from what i seen everything from 40-85 pounds are so hard to find also they should come in by next friday

That’s way to heavy to do anything but chest press! Their is no way you can curl 50s or even do shoulder presses or any other workouts

It’s all about form and reps my dude. I’m doing body weights and still seeing great results cause I know how to isolate each muscle group, know the right form, and I’m doing longer reps

usually time my workouts for the night time but with so much school work due should probs switch up and do a fasted workout early in the morning and have the rest of the day to focus on schoolwork

If you are not brock lesnar tier built their is no way, no way you can do isolation workouts with a set of 50 pound dumbbells. That s*** is too heavy. Even people like brock lesnar use lighter weights

He could def do bent over rows, goblet squats, chest press. That's not that bad

Even that would be really hard for the average person. To do goblet squats you need perfect positioning of the dumbbell aligned with your body, really good balance while squatting down, and in order for all that you need to have the physical strength to hold that dumbbell in that positions and have a strong core and legs to maintain your body and dumbbell while squatting for however many reps
Most of you guys are scrawny ass b****es that watch juiced ass body builders do these heavy ass lifts and then come on here and talk out of your ass
Chest press is the only workout he can do if he is somewhat built. Bent over rows too I guess
