I feel incredible tho no soreness or anything at all
I’m also .7lbs from my goal (180)
I’ve seen the world and opportunities open up in front of me it’s been insane

I’d add some stretches after your leg workouts and see if that helps if you aren’t already

I probably average 6 hours of sleep. Eating is the hardest part for me. And yeah I suck at stretching but I'm trying to get better at it.
