    Took every ounce of willpower to get out of bed this morning

    In fact if it wasn’t for man’s best friend I might not have

    Woke up said f*** this it’s early I’m tired and set a later alarm clock, but then my dog got on the bed and kept nudging me

    He knew I had to go hit those weights. Mans best friend, mans best coach.

    Just did 15 days in a row at the gym lol I’m a madman rn

    I feel incredible tho no soreness or anything at all

    I’m also .7lbs from my goal (180)

    I’ve seen the world and opportunities open up in front of me it’s been insane

    3 sets of 12-15 weighted back extensions
    5 sets of 5 boxed squats
    5 sets of 15-20 calf raises
    3 sets of 8-12 leg curls
    3 sets of 8-12 leg extensions

    Hmm that’s nothing crazy

    You getting enough sleep? Getting proper nutrition and staying hydrated?

    I’d add some stretches after your leg workouts and see if that helps if you aren’t already

    I probably average 6 hours of sleep. Eating is the hardest part for me. And yeah I suck at stretching but I'm trying to get better at it.
