CBeen “greasing the groove” with neutral grip pull ups these past 2 weeks. Started doing them on leg and chest day. Also been working out core more. I’m already seeing a massive improvement.
Before I’d jump up, grab the pull up bars with momentum, wouldn’t even be able to get all the way up, and then I’d come down really fast, despite trying my best to slow the descent and keep it controlled.
Today, I jumped up, was able to bring myself all the way up, and brought myself down in a controlled fashion
Feels so good 🥹 road to pull ups is going well
