If dieting is hard, research foods that are low in calories but still good and filling so you aren’t feeling like you need to eat a lot
I dirty bulked for about a year, hated the end result, and dropped 30lbs in about 2 months and the diet was the majority of the shift, not the exercise, as it nearly stayed the same.
Biggest cheat code for me was if i wanted something salty just having air popped popcorn. Virtually no calories when eating and it’s still just as satisfying

I do a tricep pushdown right into dips superset to end my chest days and it is absolutely killer
How much protein yall try to hit in a day? esp ratio wise - g/lbs
I do 0.8g per pound which gets me to 140g per day but im reading online reccomending 2.5g/kg which gets me to 190g per day which seems alot to me. Im 170lbs and 5 11 - I train 4 times a week. idk is that overkill?

What’re you trying to do? A higher protein ratio is important when cutting to prevent muscle loss but if you’re bulking or maintaining it’s not as big a deal
