Any breakfast ideas. So tired of eating just eggs

You need to be slightly on the spectrum to be able to eat the same thing for months on end to finish a prolonged cut

(with clothes on, the 3rd time all year I’ve stepped on a scale)

Losing 15 sustainable pounds since December at the lightest I’ve been in years

    Almost at my target weight

Knowing I can actually keep this s*** up and start bulking up next year

Shoutout to this thread man. I aint been posting itt for a minute but this really is one of the more positive/motivating threads on this site,

Eating is top 2 greatest joys on earth

Takes a lot to deprive yourself of that for months on end

Did my first ever marathon in SF around July and went through a similar experience of my body aching like never before from miles 20 and onwards lol

I couldn’t walk for like 24 hours after the race and then my body slowly returned to normal

  • Oct 20, 2024

I usually take breaks when I’m running on my own but with the marathon, I didn’t want to stop because everyone else around me was pushing through

Goal was to go under 4 hours and was aiming for below 3:50 during the race because I felt good for a long time. But after 32km everything changed

I can still walk, but I dont look forward to tomorrow. SF marathon must be beautiful, not?

Probably the most beautiful run I’ve been on for sure but the elevation gains were no joke

I was coming from Los Angeles and I couldn’t find anywhere to replicate the elevation during training so it was all brand new to me

You can clearly tell where it went from cruising to just pure hell in my body
