I just train upper body every two days and train extremely hard. I also like to think I learned everything right from the start so I have an advantage over ppl
I mainly train arms and my arms are starting to pop
I do dumbbell curls every other day and I can do 35s with good form and technique as working weight now
I bought iron master adjustable dumbbells and use those at home when I don’t feel like going to the gym

I was before but now I do smith machine squats. I’ve been doing 180 lbs and I’m 188 rn (down from 210)
My legs were my best feature before lifting (from holding up my fat) so I’ve been coasting but need to dial it up

Only once so far. I bench with my friends and we squat sometimes and one of them taught me how to deadlift. I honestly hated it but I feel like that’s how that goes lol
I’m genuinely addicted to the dumbbells and doing curls. I just pyramid up to 35s and do as many sets as I can. No shoulder movement as stable as possible
All imma say is if u wanna get ur lifting noticed then smash dumbbells bruh. My forearms and biceps show in almost all of my XL shirts (my bicep insertions are good). When I lose like 8 pounds and swap to Large size shirts it’s going to be madness I promise

yeah man I’m the same. They generally cover good topics and are chill. Basement probably my fave out of all of them as well. Dudes preacher bench is insane
