wanted to ask about rear delt rows what is the other way that you can do them that there is more isolation on the muscle i seen a video i think jeff nipard doing it and showing it but i cant find it
Went wakeboarding instead of running yesterday with a gym session, that was really fun!
Fat % coming close to 10, weight goal in sight and strength is decent. Starting to notice a little drop in some excercises last weeks, but thats okay given the weight loss.

u can do facepulls, but tbh rear delts are lowkey overrated to do isolated training, just because any row that u do on your back training also target them enough

Still necessary to train cause it strengthens your form on your other lifts, especially when it comes to disengaging your front delts during a bench and avoiding shoulder injuries
Plus they give your triceps that fuller look @Rampage_Adam train all 3 parts of your shoulders.

i still do them but what i was asking is it better doing it the normal way the rear delts or should i do them the other way
