Dinner, some lean meat source for more protein.
End the night with a smoothie using oat milk, blueberry, secondary fruit, a serving of Greek yogurt, and a scoop of collagen protein

Yesterday did an 80 min upper session and completely skipped legs. Because today I had a 15k Trail run. Turned out it was 17.5k, which was fine. Went pretty good and beautiful forrest to run in, so I’m def doing that again.

Lmfao this pretty much the simplest way to get high amounts of protein in, especially if you throw some cottage cheese on one of those meals (like the eggs)

I went up on my protein recently because I thought I was losing strength when I dropped some weight on my bench, but my squat and deadlifts are still high and even hit a new PR on the DL so I kinda realized that it has more to do with my biomechanics, ie I have less fat on my ass now with the weight loss that I can’t drive as much power through my legs, than loss of muscle mass
Also I lost a bunch of weight this past week and thought I was just getting past a sticking point
Got sick yesterday
Second time this has happened to me this cut. Drop a bunch of water weight as a precursor to getting sick but not realizing I was sick til a day or two later
Feel better now and the weights back but it’ll be off soon enough

Yea I pretty much just rotate chicken, turkey meat, and pork chops (which has super high protein content
