There’s lots of lifts good for core strength. I would say my top 3 are
Of course you could go the route of traditional sit ups, crunches, even V-Ups if you wanted.
I also love pull throughs (linked a YT video below for you), these are tough so start out light if you have to. You don’t have to use dumbbells either. You could use plates or kettlebells too if you are limited on equipment

I dont hit incline bench that much anymore, one thing I like to do tho is stack 2 10lb plates, put the bench at an incline, then squeeze and press it slowly

im just messing.
Incline chest is my favorite chest exercise, once I started doing them I saw massive improvements in my chest, very rarely will I hit a flat chest
