Been running a few days a week and walking a lot more recently so I’ve finally been able to eat more and I can really notice the muscle I’m building now it feels great big motivation to workout more
i miss when i used to run every day
getting a fat fuken pump is fire

I don’t feel like I’m running far enough to get runners high but I’ve been keeping my core so tight when I run it felt like I had a full body pump the past few days
Not sure if that’s the right way to describe it but I felt like I could run through a wall I think my metabolism has skyrocketed I gotta get in the gym too

Squatting after running is pure hell. Did 8k yesterday morning and went to the gym after work, and I directly was confronted with why I dont usually do that anymore

need me a new leg routine, this trainer at my gym told me I dont need abductors anymore looking at my legs and I was just doing them for warmup but hes right. I dont wanna do squats bc Im unsure abt doing them alone, maybe ill just be doing bodyweight s***

Anyway, you could vary with these excercises:

He’s actually right.. anything above flat is going to move the load into the upper chest.. the more you angle it the more the load is going to be directed into the front delts, etc.. you’re trying to balance some angle over flat with the ability to use the heaviest possible weight for you (which decreases as the angle becomes too steep).. so it’s probably best 15-30 🤷♂️
