I know you're not supposed to do cardio first but that's the only way I've been able to get it in. It's actually led to me being consistent with it this week. About 15 minutes cycling on higher incline

I think the “don’t do cardio first” is more for a long cardio session then lift. You just doing a great warmup

i once did abs long ago doing cable crunches with the tricep rope and F*** MAN my abs were in pain for like 3 days could not eat sleep nothing lol thought i was going to die

Did a decent lower focussed session today so I hope my legs will survive, but only one way to find out

So the run went pretty good except for the fact that after 8km I had to take a dump really really bad.
With 13km left, I tried to hang on an do the full 21 but after 19 my stomach killed me. So I ran home and finished 20km. Calves and muscles above the knee are a little sore but energy wise I felt great. I was able to keep my tempo consistent between 5:30-5:45/km.
