hopping off creatine was worth it just for the fact I cut like 8 pounds after quitting it. but overall I just dont feel like taking it idk ive been feeling myself these last few weeks pause

I use it in my smoothies. Wouldn’t use it as your main source of protein because it’s not a complete protein, but it’s good for your joints, connective tissue, skin, and hair.

Might make more sense to load if you’re going to do that tbh. Basically the way it works best is when your muscles are saturated with the stuff, which taking 5g a day typically takes about 3 weeks maybe 4. But if you just take it 3-4 times a week it’ll take even longer. You might be able to maintain saturation by supplementing after workouts 3-4 times a week after a loading phase.
But really the stuff can be found pretty cheap these days and it’s easy to just throw a scoop in your mouth and drink it down with water. I’d just take the serving daily even on off days to ensure you’re getting the benefits

When I first started taking I felt a mental boost, like more clarity and energy. Very good supplement in my experience, especially with the muscle building advantages

Basically means you’re not getting enough protein in your normal diet. Which tbh without protein powder can be hard and expensive
