Nah the lifting lol I tend to not eat before I go to the gym
Ahh I see, for a specific reason or thats just how it develops through the day?
WSOTD

Got to do 4x 6 chinups with 10kg today, pretty proud of myself. Calluses on my hands are killing me though.
Been eating more protein every day and I feel bloated and full smh
Doesn't feel like I'm getting the results like I used to but that's prolly down to not getting enough protein
Lifting wise? I think that’s to be expected if you’re running a lot.
Mmm, well it could be a combination of factors. I would start with what you said and also pay attention to the intensity of my lifting session. A lot of times, people just ain’t going as hard as they think they are and eating more doesn’t solve anything. But start with what you said and see if there’s any changes
was doing this for a while lifting heavy all the time but now i cant down a bit rather just do 7-8 reps for 3 sets plus my eating is always good

Not if you’re adjusting your meals accordingly, increase carbs and stay high on protein
Tried to do this. Failed like 1 min 30 secs in
why are they screaming in a public place

I usually lift heavy for 3 weeks, increasing sets on each workout by the week, then a deload week on week 4

How long have you been lifting and what are your goals? There’s going to be diminishing returns from going to the gym. And if you’re trying to put muscle on while also running you’re going to have to eat a good amount of calories to maintain a surplus.

that is kinda smart too might do that how is your deload like? is it half the weight ?
did a good shoulder day today did sitting ohp started with 70s then went up to 75s did 3x5

Yea pretty much, just keep it light and max like 2-3 sets. I like to use it as a week to check my form and really focus on the movements slowly.
You should def try it bro, you’ll come back after deload feeling ready to go harder each time

I feel better lifting when I'm fasted but I did go through a period when I would be lightheaded af lifting lol

6-7 years, I've somewhat hit my physique goals. It's just the case of improving my cardiovascular endurance
