you can try it out, see how your body reacts. I dont get bloated when i drink it.
sometimes the bloatness can be cause due to the lactose, so you can try whey isolate

Sounds like a pinched nerve. I would just stretch and rest from workouts in that plane. Only way to fix that issue
YA your right i have booked with a RMT this week so hopefully that will help but i have been stretching every day and foam rolling too

might need to do this my problem is i kinda always lift the same weight with the same rep couns like 3x5-8 depend on the W.O. might have to take it down a bit when i go back plus when its nice out i hate spending lots of time in the gym
