sunday] is a rest day but still workday so i did what i usually do foam roll in the morning then stretch before work but today i felt tired, not really sore i think its because i am over pushing in the gym, only doing 1 rest day in between workouts and still on rest days i am working walking around i feel my joints on crack when i wake up too
what is considered hybrid training

No days off b****
Ive been doing full bodies + 1 mile run on treadmill. 5 miles walked after workout for about 2 months now. Yall think this is smart or should i focus on specific muscle groups each day like some people do
Time for a few days off then no
I took 2 days off before today with cardio on the second day. I also smoke cigarettes I feel like that’s taking a toll

Like I’m gonna push thru it regardless and this type of s*** just miraculously fades sometimes so imma gut it out and see
